The Hard Luck Espresso Blend was developed by Jeff Davis of Cafe Brioso to meet demanding requirements as our house espresso.  Jeff matched our specifications beautify, however the versatility of this blend has surpassed our expectations.  The inviting and balanced profile excels when brewed with a French-press or paper filter and naturally performs well under pressure; nine bars of pressure is best with a shiny Italian made espresso machine for 24 to 27 seconds.
