Tips for brewing great Chemex coffee
  1. pre-wet filter to avoid paper taste and dispose of water used for pre-wetting.
  2. saturate grounds in filter and let 'bloom' for 30 seconds before brewing.
  3. keep water level between 1/2 and 3/4 full while brewing for optimal extraction.
