For several years now, Luck Bros' has been offering featured espressos from the countries most recognized coffee roasters. This has been fun and educational for me, my staff, and my customers and I plan to continue offering guest espresso and single origin coffees. It has also given me a vast exposure to the offerings of espresso in the US; exposure I have used to form my own blend profile.
The Pacamara is a Salvadoran varietal that produces coffee of outstanding character and complexity. The Siberia Pacamara begins with aromatics of mulling spices – orange and lemon peel, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. The spice notes continue into the cup and are joined by flavors of citrus flower, crystallized ginger, and mojito. Crisp and tart like a Granny Smith apple, though big and bold in body, the Siberia is at once complex, refined, and intoxicating. Whether you prefer good clean Central American coffees or washed Africans, you’ll find reasons to enjoy the Siberia Pacamara.
The signature blend from Batdorf & Bronson is dark, smooth and sweet with a beautiful floral aroma, exceptionally clean acidity and a heavy, nutty body. Flavor nuances include fresh citrus fruits and fine chocolate. Caramelly and spicy, its complexity makes for a flavorful espresso with rich, rusty reddish-brown crema.
Now serving Leftist, the default espresso from Gimme! Coffee. Crafted it so it tells a story to your taste buds. From the sweet start to the smoky finish, these espresso shots are intense, flavorful, thick, complex and drinkable. It'll give your palate something to smile about while your brain and body crank into overdrive.
While they last, get a free souvenir Gimme! Coffee paper cup with a small caffe latte, cappuccino, or caffe mocha.
Single serving bacon and cheddar quiche from Tucu of Clintonville. Available while they last every Saturday. Mondays, Wednesdays, and now Saturdays we also offer the addictive sausage, white cheddar, and jalapeno scone from Tucu.
São João Estate
This micro-harvest comes from a small farm in the hilly highlands of Rio de Janeiro. Founded in 1853, the estate uses organic fertilizers and traditional methods to nurture its crop. This Yellow Bourbon varietal is wonderfully plush and creamy, with flavors of peanut oil, chocolate and simple sugar.

"Rich, sweetly bright and perfectly balanced throughout the profile. Cherry, molasses and nut notes in the aroma; in the cup full body and lightly syrupy mouthfeel, with dusk flower notes and continued hints of cherry, nut, and a perhaps chocolate-inclined molasses. Simple but long, sweetly rich finish."
